歐盟(EFSA)評估報告,正常食用劑量內吃下阿斯巴甜對健康並無危害

在本次風險評估中,歐洲食品安全局重新嚴格審查了現有關于阿斯巴甜安全性的所有動物實驗和人體試驗的科研成果,該機構專家排除了阿斯巴甜導致基因損壞和致癌的潛在風險。

報告稱,在安全劑量內食用阿斯巴甜不會導致成人和兒童大腦和神經係統損傷,也不會影響其行為和認知功能,“就目前使用劑量而言,阿斯巴甜及其(攝入後的)分解物對人類是安全的”。

小編評:但是苯丙酮尿症患者不可以吃阿斯巴甜;孕婦可以吃但是要適量喔。
